She took the time to answer all my questions and got me a solid quote for both my boat and car insurance without making anything feel rushed or confusing. They were the only State Farm insurance brokers, that would assist in my mother‘s very old life insurance policy. "We have an umbrella policy for 2 homes and 3 vehicles for over a decade. Apparently that's not enough business to get their attention and good customer service. They don't take notes on previous asks; we have to call multiple times to talk to someone here; and wait multiple days for someone in their office to follow up."

"I would advise against using this agency and State Farm for your personal insurance needs. Yes, we were canceled on the homeowners policy for fire risk like so many other Sonoma County residents by State Farm, but never received a phone call or even email or text from this agency. After finding replacement coverage I called canceling five policies and they showed no concern or even questioned why. You can do better elsewhere."
